  2. Marinate chicken with all marination ingredients for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
  3. Grill or cook chicken in a pan with little oil until charred and cooked (about 10-12 mins). Set aside.
  4. Heat butter + oil, add cumin seeds. SautΓ© onions until golden.
  5. Add ginger-garlic paste, cook 1 min. Add tomato puree, all spices, and salt. Cook until oil separates (10 mins).
  6. Add grilled chicken, simmer 10 mins. Crush kasuri methi and add, then stir in cream.
  7. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
